this is wat ppl always misinterpreted and take it for granted.. these teachings are all under human communication, i really agree with her lecturer that everyone should actually learn about this n government shud make this compulsory.. becos.. i bet most of us have communication problem.. especially... sum1... *ahem* hu always say "See!! tat's wat i meant, communictaion problem!!if we can eliminate all this problem, den everything will be very smooth.. so we must do report.." can guess hu??
